1. Are your vehicles automatic or manual?
All of our cars and buses are automatic.
2. Is there a minimum age to rent a vehicle?
Yes, you must be at least 21 years old to rent. Drivers under 25 may incur a young driver surcharge.
3. What happens if the vehicle breaks down?
We offer 24/7 roadside assistance that is purchasable for all rentals. Just call our support line and we’ll assist you right away.
4. Can I take the vehicle interstate?
Yes, but please let us know in advance if you plan to travel outside of VIC or SA, as conditions may apply.
5. Are there any mileage limits?
Most of our rentals come with standard kilometre allowances. Extra km charges may apply for long-distance travel.
6. Is insurance included?
Yes, basic insurance is included. Optional excess reduction is available for added peace of mind.
