To drive a vehicle in Australia you must hold a current, full and valid drivers licence that has been held for a minimum of 12 consecutive months. A learner or provisional licence is not accepted. Digital drivers licences are only accepted in the issuing state. If you’re travelling interstate you must present a valid physical (plastic) licence.

From the time you collect your vehicle, you and any nominated driver noted on the rental agreement, are financially responsible for any loss of damage to the vehicle. This includes damage caused outside of your control including hailstorms. You and any additional drivers noted on the rental agreement are also bound by Aaditya Rental standard Terms & Conditions as agreed to when signing your Rental Agreement upon collection.
